This is a new role with Adopt Change. As a Human Resources Coordinator you will provide coordination and administration for human resources operations activities of the employee lifecycle that includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development and retention, employee relations and compliance, and end of lifecycle of offboarding. You will also maintain the HRIS (Employment Hero) and other HR systems. This role reports into and supports the Head of Program Operations & People. You will support the Senior Leadership Team and the wider Adopt Change Team to contribute to human resources operational excellence.
You will also provide administrative support to the head office space. This will include administrative support to the Finance Manager with related finance, bookkeeping and other activities.

This is a part-time (30.4 hours/4 days per week) role until 30 June 2024, with an opportunity for extension as work progresses. Adopt Change is supportive of flexible work options should you wish to schedule your hours over a full week.
